Then click red circle " Customer Service "
Then look at the image below.
and click ① then, ②
The next page will be in Japanese.
So, again, change the language to English.
After the language was set to English,
this is waht looks like.
Chose red circled one.
Then scroll down and
change the pull down menu as
red circled ones do.
Then you will be able to chat in English!
