that offers international shipping
on Rakuten Japan.
Here is how.
① Go to Rakuten.
② Use search and type what
you are looking for.
③ Change the site to English.
④ Go down to 1/3 of page and
look left side.

OVERSEAS
That is it!
But when I see the website with Japanese,
there are choice of country I can pick from
for international shipping.
Here is what it looks like.
Click Worldwide then
you will see below.
They are the name of countries
you can choose from.
