This is what Amazon Japan said
about international return.
Things we need to know about:
① Return it by only DHL insurance method
※ if you return it in other ways,
your refund may not be processed correctly.
② If you return the goods just because
you did not like it, Amazon won't refund
the shipping fee. Also original
shipping fee won't be refunded.
③ When you use parcel forwarding service
to receive an order from Amazon, Amazon
is not liable in any way.

① said if we do not return the goods by DHL,
just like Amazon did when they ship our package,
Amazon may not refund.
② There is nothing wrong with the good,
but you wish to return it anyway,
then shpping fee is not returnable.
③ Instead of using Amazon Global Shipping,
you chose parcel forwarding service, then,
Amazon is not going to be liable
whatever happens to the package.
So I am not sure if you could still
move on to retruning process after
you use parcel forwarding service.
※When you use DHL to return the goods,
the shipping fee may be surprisingly expensive.
